If your child is moderated by a parent or teacher, their moderator can reset the child's password.
Click on the image in the top right-hand corner of your screen, and select "Moderate Kids" as shown below.
Then find your child's name, and click on the "Password" link. Type their new password twice, and click "Change Password."
If your child was locked out of their account from too many wrong password attempts, they'll still need to wait 30 minutes before their account is unlocked and they can try again.
If your child's account is not moderated, they can click on the "Forgot" link in the password box at sign-in, and we'll send them a password reset email.
