3D Revolve from flat shape

Hello - I am new to Tinkercad. I am curious how to make custom 3D (non-extruded) shapes from flat SVG objects. So, for example: a flat silhouette of a wine bottle that is essentially rotated around a central axis many times to make a 3D object of a wine bottle. The shapes I'm considering are more complicated than a wine bottle and may be more time consuming to build connecting existing 3D shapes, but wanted to explain the concept. Is this something Tinkercad is capable of or would I need to look into a different software to do something like this?
