Hello, I have several students who forgot their passwords. I have tried to change their password under "Moderate Kids" and they are still getting an account locked, "wait 30 minutes or ask your moderator to change your password," error message. I have tried to change the password multiple times, and these students are still unable to login.

Christian As a moderator, you may also need to wait 30 minutes.

kblackledge kblackledge Is there a way around this? My students waste 30 minutes of class time every time this happens. Very poor idea since this is designed for students. Class time is too valuable to waste on this.

Cleared I have this happen a lot too and it is very frustrating. Also, I would like to be able to print out a list of my student's usernames and passwords because there are always students that forget theirs (often the same ones every time) and it drives me crazy to have to reset them every time. Many other programs we have within our school allow for us to print them out so we can have a copy at the desk for them to refer to.

Eran Apelbaum is there a fix to this problem?
you wouldn't beleive how fast a student can lock his/her account before you have time to cross the room an help. (and then realize capslk was pressed)
a workaround would be the ability to see the password by pressing an eye icon.

Cleared I am frustrated by this as well. Tinkercad is otherwise a wonderful instructional tool. C'mon folks... please allow for a quick reset!!
