Inward pointing normals

Any way to avoid this warning:

Inward pointing normals detected by right hand rule on meshes (source mesh).

when attempting to subtract the extruded text mesh from the base mesh?

Seems like more winding rule issues?

I also have have tried many variations on the extrude settings for the Start, End and Sides tessellation booleans.

The subtract seems to work, but this warning...

The generator is "Wrench", G & P ;)
