I'll convert this into a ticket. I need to know the email you used for signing up and your child's username. Let's take this to a private conversation.
You would only get an email if a kid identifies you as parent/guardian. If this is the case and you did not receive an email, the only reason I can find is that your kid did a typo on your address.
Hi I have the same problem! ... I din´t received the approval email ... I have an account "carorode@hotmail.com" and she has an account Fantito03, but opend with another email Erikuchi03@hotmail.com", so I should approved it from this email. Please help! (sorry my english is not so good)

I have clicked on the approval email link multiple times and paid the 50 cents multiple times.... and always end up getting this error message. Can somebody please help me approve my child's account?

You just need to make sure the child's username matches exactly (case-sensitive) to what they chose when signing up. It is in the email you recieved.
Also, you want to make sure your email you use with Tinkercad is the same you are using with Paypal. If not I can manually link your child's account to yours.
