I've been trying to download my simple creation, but whenever I do I get a 47k file with nothing in it. The object is a rectangular prism that is 38x38x6 mm with some grooves cut out of it. I've tried several browsers on my Mac, but they all come out the same.

Permanently deleted user Ok. I went to your profile and your file was public, so I took the liberty to check it out. The reason you did not get the grooves is because you never made the subtraction of the holes. All the holes were locked, so even if you had wanted to make the group, it would have not worked. I unlocked the holes, grouped with the box, and got the right behavior, and of course, the right STL.
Here's the STL file, just in case. https://www.dropbox.com/s/to9xdd9pulmn6lu/copy_of_necromounda_duke.stl?dl=0

Permanently deleted user THis is a problem raised often in the community forums. I wonder whether it makes sense for the Tinkercad team to proactively log and review zero byte STL's along with some values related to the drawing and the execution environment at the time. This would allow the team to identify patterns and actually fix this commonly occurring problem rather than just asking the user to try again later.

Cleared Well, there seems to be a problem at my end as I couldn't properly download the one from your dropbox either. Generally using Chrome on a Mac & all I get when I try is a 47k blank file. I'll have ot figure out how to unlock things as I didn't mean to in the first place. Feeling so very novice.

Cleared Well, as it turns out, my case is a bad example. My computer was just reading it wrong. I tried it in a different way with the same file and it worked fine.

Cleared What was the different way?

Zero byte STl since 3 days from Mac with Chrome. I've tried with Safari and Firfox...no way! :(
