I'm trying to help a local elementary school use their Chromebooks for 3D printing. The kids are designing on TinkerCad, they choose "Download for 3D Printing" and hit the STL button, but nothing happens. I can't find that it has saved the file anywhere.
I'm also wondering if there is a way to change where TinkerCad saves the file when downloading for 3D printing. It defaults to putting it in the "downloads" folder on the computer. We'd like to be able to save it to a flashdrive or a Google Drive shared by the classroom (where the file can then be easily accessed by the computer running the classroom's 3D printer). Is there any way to accomplish this?
