A tool that can round off the edges of shapes would be useful. For example, when uploading a coffee mug design to be printed in ceramic, some of the glazing finishes are not recommended for sharp edges since they're more likely to chip. I tried sinking a torus into the top end of the cup cylinder and that sort of rounded it, but if there some tool it would work better.
A couple of ways, might be to pick the object and then the smoother or melting tool and it would find and round off all edges, with a selected radius. Or another kind of block (you have solids and holes), but the new block would be a melter. Moving it onto the end of an object would melt away all the edges. The more it overlaps, the greater the melt (larger radius corner).
