I have a teacher account with hundreds of moderated students. Lately, it has been very difficult logging into my account. After logging in, the page would be blank/loading for 5-10 minutes before finally giving me a gateway timeout or error code. I have tried logging in with multiple browsers, multiple operating systems (Windows, Mac, & chrome) with the same results. My students have no trouble logging in on our network, it's just my account. Even when I do successfully log in (succeeds probably 1% of the time), my moderated students page takes several attempts to load, so I was thinking that deleting some of my former students (they've moved on to the high school) would help, but that is not an option yet.
I have submitted several support tickets over the last few months with NO RESPONSE. Please help!
