my ruler does not change from endpoint to mid point gets stuck and sometimes freezes a bit not allowing anything to be clicked. tried refreshing but no difference

There is a bug somewhere. Restarting the browser can fix it. Also, the hotkey "Shift + R" will work without needing a restart.
