Unable to import simple SVG with transparent fill

I'm creating a simple SVG file in vecteezy.  It contains a shape with a stroke and fully transparent fill.  If I try to import the SVG into Tinkercad, it fails "Error importing filename".

Here's a trivial example.  If you edit the 2nd "fill-opacity: - 0" to "fill-opacity: 1" all is good.  Not otherwise!  Both forms display fine in the svg preview during the import.
