When I import an STL model it doesn't show up right; half the model is missing (see below). When I import the STL into a different program it doesn't have any problem importing (see below).

Cleared Any thoughts on what could be going wrong?

tvixen mail The resolution in Tinkercad is NOT good. I also see the problem when I import models.
Btw Tinkercad only supports file size up to 25Mb.

Wesley Jang It could be that the file you're trying to import is not "manifold" or "watertight", in other words, it has a lot of missing vectors or holes so Tinkercad doesn't know how to draw it onto the workplane. You might want to try importing it into Meshmixer first and use it's Inspector tool to analyze your model then use "Close Cracks" or "Make Solid" tools to correct any problems.
If the file size is larger than 25Mb Tinkercad won't even try to import it. You'll just get an error message stating the model's file size is too large.
