How to reduce the diameter of a circular base?

Hi, only just started with Tinkercad so not sure if I am missing something obvious here or not.

What i want to do is reduce the diameter of the base of this model from 125mm to 90mm but leave the spindle in the centre the same dimensions (ie shrinking the model wont work)

I thought i could use the hole method somehow to do it but I always end up creating a duplicate of the part I dont want

Duplicate leaves me with a new object of the outside section

Is there a way to select and duplicate the interior bit only that I'm unaware of?

I have tried with multiple cylinders as well to see if that would work but not getting very far

I know i could redesign it but I'm actually now more interested to see if the method I'm trying to do is possible in Tinkercad
