The Direct Starters are not fully loading. I understand that the website is experiencing very heavy traffic. Could that have something to do with it? It seems hit or miss.

Wayne Losey Official comment We believe we fixed this in our release this week. There was a bug in the browser that has been adding unwanted characters to the url.
As a best practice, I would suggest assigning the first starter directly to students instead of sending them to the gallery. This will send them directly to the lesson and will automatically proceed through the other 6.
Here is a blog post about how to grab the direct url for any lesson in the gallery- https://blog.tinkercad.com/how-to-copy-lesson-links-for-students

Angie Gillette I am having the same problem. They are able to log on but their Direct Starters never show up. It says Starters and Lessons but there is only a blank space. I have 120 students and only about 6-7 couldn't get them (or lessons or projects to load). They are able to work on actual designs though. There was no rhyme or reason to who wasn't able to load (although I think about 1/2 of them had chrome books, 1 had a district device and 1 had an ipad). It's tough to give distance assigments when some kids can't access the material and PLTW did not give me any helpful advice accept to tell them to make sure they were on Chrome, clear the Cache, and look at the Community Section! They also gave me this link: https://tinkercad.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360043720134-Student-cannot-see-work-missing-their-design-in-my-classroom
It basically says make sure the kids click on the class link and enter nickname but don't join via google or all of their designs will not show up in classroom. But that is not the problem. Any advice is appreciated.
