SVG file isn't showing empty space

I created a svg file that I wanted to import into a 3d model so that I could print it, but I'm having issues with "white space" from the svg file. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1yCUzEGav-MQU9CyYFyEK5BGhNxZF33ME/view?usp=sharing This is my svg file. For quick reference, it looks like this:

Anyways, I have it saved as a svg file that I created using Inkscape. I went to import it into Tinkercad and this is what I ended up with:

All of the empty space between the arcs got filled in and all I get in Tinkercad is a large blob that resembles the outline of my shape.

I tried removing the arcs and just importing the "1" in the middle, and I got an error for some reason too. So, at this point in time, I'm not really sure how to move forward. Anyone have any suggestions?
