Inverse Cylinder Fillet (Bevel)

There's a feature to round the edges of a cylinder, called bevel. This would round the top and bottom. Is there a way I can Bevel it the other way? For example, I'm wanting to have the perimeter of the cylinder rounded in. How would I curve the edges of a cylinder the other way? Or, is there any other way to do this?
